living independently in one’s own apartment or house. Provides both the
number of incidences of homelessness as well as the total number of
homeless days.
- Employment:
Tracks all categories of employment, including competitive employment,
as well as income from wages.
- Educational:
Tracks all categories of education
- Legal:
Tracks all contacts with the criminal justice system, breaking down the
contacts by whether they are felonies or misdemeanors, and whether they
are substance abuse- related or mental illness-related.
- Financial:
Tracks members’ financial resources from all sources.
- Conservatorship:
Tracks whether the member is on conservatorship and, if so, who the
conservator is (Public Guardian, Family, etc.).
- Payee:
Tracks whether the member is required to have a payee and, if so, who
the payee is (Public Guardian, Family, etc.).
- Incarceration:
Tracks whenever the member is incarcerated in or released from prison.
Provides both the number of incidences of incarceration as well as the
total number of days of incarceration.
- Hospitalization:
Tracks whenever the member is hospitalized or released from the
hospital. Provides both the number of incidences of hospitalization as
well as the total number of days of hospitalization.
