A Life Coach is an individual who is trained by
your agency to provide one- on- one quality care to your members in need of
special attention.
A. To provide an opportunity for increased support
to your members in times of crisis/high stress
B. To provide employment opportunities for
members of your agency and of your community
C. To train consumers for other future human
service positions
A. Establish a committee or designate an individual to oversee the program.
- Create a job description that satisfies your agency’s needs.
- Estimate a budget, identify funding source (Include cost of advertising,
training and a year’ s projected salaries for Life Coaches).
D. Design a training program.

D. Screen Applicants
1. Have applicants fill out agency form or submit resume
2. Set up interviews
