Location: Village Integrated Service Agency

Reports To: Respite Care Committee and Teams 1, 2, and 3

Salary Range: $5.25/hour to begin $6.50 hour following training

General Function: The primary responsibility of the life coach is to provide one on one quality care for members in need of special attention.

o Supported companionship

o Hygiene coaching

o Laundry coaching

o Light housekeeping coaching

o Money management

o Job coaching

o Transportation coaching

o Social coaching

o Light cooking

o Shopping coaching

o Medication coaching

Qualifications: Must be flexible to work variable hours: even possibly weekends. knowledge of the Long Beach Public Transportation or car a plus.
